TIN World Tech to merge with TIN Ny Teknik on 10 March 2026

TIN Fonder continuously evaluates and develops the fund company’s product range. In order to offer a fit-for-purpose product offering, achieve efficiency gains in portfolio management, and create better opportunities to deliver strong returns for all unitholders, the company’s board has decided to merge TIN World Tech with TIN Ny Teknik.

As a unitholder in TIN World Tech, you will instead become a unitholder in TIN Ny Teknik. If you are already a unitholder in TIN Ny Teknik, you will not be affected by this merger.

Important dates

1. The fund company sends information to unit holders in the Transferring Fund and the Receiving Fund on 2 January 2026.

2. The last day to request redemption or exchange of units in the Transferring Fund for those who do not wish to participate in the merger is 6 March 2026. After 6 March 2026, the Transferring Fund is closed for redemption or exchange of units.

3. 9 March 2026 is the record date and the date for calculation of the exchange ratio.

4. 5. The merger date is 10 March 2026. From 11 March 2026, new unit holders in the Receiving Fund will be able to exercise their rights as unit holders. This means that after this date, units in the Receiving Fund can be subscribed for.

6. The Receiving Fund is open for unit transactions throughout the merger period, and thus the merger does not affect the rights of unit holders in the Receiving Fund as described above.
