The merger between TIN World Tech and TIN Ny Teknik has been completed
On 10 March 2026, the merger was completed whereby TIN World Tech was merged into TIN Ny Teknik.
If you were previously a unitholder in TIN World Tech, you are now instead a unitholder in TIN Ny Teknik. For those who were already unitholders in TIN Ny Teknik, the merger does not result in any changes.
The record date and the date for calculating the exchange ratio was 9 March 2026. As of 11 March 2026, the new unitholders in TIN Ny Teknik can fully exercise their rights as unitholders. The fund remains open for subscriptions and redemptions as usual.
