TIN Fonder has assessed the public cash offer for Swedish Orphan Biovitrum AB. In the assessment of the offer, we have also incorporated an opinion of valuation from external valuation providers and expert networks. Our conclusion is that the current cash offer does not fully reflect the mid-term improved outlook for the ongoing business and long-term growth prospects of the Company.
